The Big Bang Theory is a US-American sitcom. The series revolves around the two young physicists Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper, living in a flat across the hall of the beautiful waitress Penny. Jewish aerospace engineer Howard Wolowitz and Indian astrophysicist Rajesh Koothrappali complete the odd quintet. The friends share a strong passion for comics, science fiction, computer and video games, and science in general.
