The Chuggington series is about the town of Chuggington, where locomotives are the only means of transport and are therefore considered full citizens of the town. The locomotives are alive, can talk and also do not need a driver. The three main characters of the series are the three young locomotives Wilson, Bastian and Koko. They are currently in training and have to learn how to move properly on rails as locomotives. Through this, they show experiences they have as pre-schoolers and are assisted by Fee a loudspeaker and signal announcer and the shunting locomotive Daniel. The series has been produced by Ludorum and BBC since 2008.
